Seekr seeks a Senior Hardware Engineer to design rugged hardware for AI/ML workloads used in ISR and C2 contexts. You will integrate hardware with software/ML, drive field-ready platforms, and lead verification and certification to meet defense standards.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, and acquisitions, shaping the roadmap and delivering high‑reliability systems for national security missions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years delivering hardware for defense or national-security systems with end-to-end responsibility.
• Experience integrating hardware with software/ML and fielding rugged hardware for AI workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop high‑performance, low‑latency hardware for AI/ML inference on ISR/C2 data.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to build edge MLOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
• Harden rugged hardware platforms for multi-mission use with build‑once, deploy‑many practices.
• Influence product roadmap with field‑driven requirements and support certification efforts.
• Lead hardware verification, testing, and MIL‑SPEC/ cybersecurity compliance activities.
• Produce documentation and guides for productization and customer deployment.
