Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the development of advanced digital hardware systems for next-generation instrumentation and compute test platforms. You will design, prototype, test, and validate complex boards, collaborating across firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.

In this role you will drive projects from concept to production, apply signal integrity principles, and push for robust hardware validation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hardware engineering experience.
• Experience designing high-speed PCBAs and multilayer boards.
• Knowledge of signal integrity principles.
• Experience with hardware debugging tools including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Understanding of hardware validation and quality processes.
• Experience with SERDES technologies; familiarity with PCIe and/or 100G Ethernet.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
