Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering with circuit design and embedded systems.
• Proficient in hardware design tools such as Mentor Graphics and Altium Designer.
• Experience with image processing and camera systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of analog/digital electronics, signal integrity, power systems, EMI/EMC.
• Experience with debugging tools: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project or equivalent for hardware scheduling.
• Demonstrated success leading hardware design projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex hardware systems for automotive applications.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for HW-SW integration.
• Perform digital circuit design for cameras and displays.
• Develop test plans, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize hardware for reliability.
• Evaluate components and suppliers to improve performance and cost-efficiency.
• Create detailed schematics and participate in design reviews.
• Mentor junior hardware engineers and share best practices.
• Support hardware prototyping, debugging, and iterations from concept to production.
• Participate in continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain hardware development timelines and track progress across phases.
• Execute HW DFMEA and customer-specific checklists for deliveries.
