We seek a senior, hardware-focused full-stack engineer whose work anchors firmware, hardware, and cloud services, ensuring robust, scalable systems for devices in users’ homes and offices.

The role emphasizes developing a stable Ox Dot platform, crafting end-to-end harnesses, 24x7 automated hardware testing, and driving a culture of rapid iteration with minimal human intervention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and shipping production software/systems.
• Experience with real hardware, firmware, or embedded systems.
• Strong ability to design end-to-end software/hardware harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmware and hardware development for Ox Dot and future devices.
• Build the development harness and APIs to operate devices end-to-end.
• Stand up 24x7 automated hardware testing and CI pipelines.
• Run a scalable agent-driven software factory with minimal human intervention.
• Own OTA update pipelines and fleet health for devices in the field.
• Develop cloud services, apps, and user experiences that accompany devices.
