Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building autonomous systems to improve colleague workflows.
• Strong scripting and Unix/Linux proficiency.

• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Build automated systems to perform tasks that are done manually today.
• Provide world-class internal support across services and SaaS solutions.
• Onboard and train new employees and improve onboarding tooling.
• Manage access control and security for daily operations.
• Write code across languages and maintain multiple codebases across projects.
• Monitor services and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate on build-versus-buy decisions and deployment strategies.
• Identify and implement improvements to operations reliability and efficiency.
