Job summary

SageOx is seeking the first product manager to shape the future of AI-powered collaboration. You’ll be embedded with a small, fast-moving team and own the product vision from discovery to delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and customers.

You’ll rotate through understanding customer needs, testing hypotheses, and defining what to build next. This role emphasizes culture, rituals, and workflows as much as features, with Seattle in-person work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of product management experience shipping pioneering products.
• Deep empathy for customers and strong communication skills.
• Fluency with AI and curiosity about AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs by studying usage data and conversations.
• Define product strategy and shape value delivery for SageOx's platform.
• Build a repeatable experimentation process and measure outcomes.
• Influence team culture, rituals, and workflows around agent-powered work.
