Job description

We are seeking a Senior Staff Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and test next generation satellite modem hardware across the full product lifecycle, from architecture and schematic design through lab validation and production support. This role focuses on FPGA based PCB designs, component selection, high speed memory and SERDES interfaces, clock and power distribution, and hands on board bring up and debugging using lab instrumentation. The engineer will collaborate closely with FPGA, RF, firmware, and systems teams to deliver reliable, high-performance SATCOM solutions in an onsite lab environment.

This is a permanent Monday-Friday onsite position, pay starting at $160K+. The ideal candidate brings strong communications systems experience, deep hardware debugging skills, and familiarity with satellite, RF, and defense-oriented hardware programs.

Additional Responsibilities:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
