  • Provide technical leadership on projects, including planning, risk identification, and mitigation for hardware deliverables.
  • Mentor junior engineers in best practices for power electronics design, analysis, testing, and documentation.
  • Design, test, and troubleshoot analog and digital electronics circuits, including analog filters, transistor and op‑amp circuits, interface circuits, signal conditioning, ADCs and DACs, power supplies, microcontrollers, FPGAs, communication interfaces, logic families, and digital memory.
  • Perform switching and linear power supply design at the component level.
  • Design and specify magnetic components (inductors and transformers) for analog circuits.
  • Create EMI‑compliant designs and follow EMC best practices for both analog and digital circuits.
  • Guide PCB layout, defining power planes, critical circuits, and board layout strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects and tasks in accordance with engineering policies and procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of Digital Signal Processing principles and embedded software as needed for system integration.
  • Use simulation tools such as SPICE, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalents to predict performance, losses, and dynamic behavior.
  • Work with lab equipment and methods for power electronics testing, including oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and electronic loads.
