Job summary

NEWSOFT CONSULTANTS is seeking a hardware design engineer with hands-on ASIC experience across physical design and frontend flows. The role emphasizes understanding end-to-end ASIC flows, linking RTL design, simulation, and verification with physical design activities such as synthesis, P&R and timing closure.

Candidates should be comfortable at the intersection of hardware engineering, EDA automation, and software tooling, contributing to automated validation of ASIC workflows in a remote,

• Experience with ASIC design flow and end-to-end flow
• Hands-on knowledge of frontend and physical design stages

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end ASIC flow and how stages connect from RTL to physical design
• Bridge HW engineering with EDA automation to translate workflows into reusable capabilities
