Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing functional specs, verification plans and test procedures.
• Expert knowledge of CAD systems and complex assembly management.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design and drive innovative hardware products and architectures.
• Lead overall product design system architecture and layout with 3D CAD models and schematics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across technology, industrial design, product management and manufacturing.
• Identify and solve complex engineering challenges; lead teams if needed.
• Develop test methodologies, risk mitigation, verification and validation plans.
• Guide new product development from concept to mass production.
• Foster technical excellence and mentor HW design engineers.
• Document operation theory for engineering systems and architectures.
• Support cost reduction, sustainability and supplier engagement efforts.
• Provide regular status updates to partners and leadership.
