• Own end-to-end system reliability and proactively resolve deficiencies.
• Design and implement large-scale system solutions across hardware and software.
• Decompose complex server issues into deliverable tasks and features.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, manufacturing, supply chain and product teams.
• Develop diagnostic tools and monitoring for production systems.
