Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead a team developing embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking. You will own the full PCB lifecycle for host boards involving FPGAs/SoCs/SoMs and drive HDL-based design workflows.

The role requires senior expertise with digital design, HDL languages, and common interfaces, plus the ability to coordinate across stakeholders and maintain detailed schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years designing, testing and troubleshooting complex board designs in military, automotive or similar hardware.
• Experience leading an Electrical Engineering team focused on Digital Design.
• Proficiency in HDL languages (VHDL, Verilog).
• Familiarity with interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead an electrical engineering team in creating embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking.
• Own the full PCB development cycle of host boards for FPGAs/SoCs/SoMs (requirements, schematic capture, layout, bring-up, test, integration).
• Develop and improve workflows across FPGA/HDL design cycle (architecture, functional blocks, simulation, system testing, HDL library standardization).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strategize scalable compute solutions rollout across Anduril.
• Create and maintain product development schedules with clear tasks and deadlines.
