Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company delivering advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion solutions. The role leads an electrical engineering team and owns the PCB development cycle for embedded compute boards, from requirements to bring-up and testing.

The position requires 15+ years of hardware design experience in military/automotive contexts, HDL proficiency, and experience with Ethernet/CAN interfaces. A U.S. Top Secret clearance is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in designing, testing and troubleshooting complex boards for military/auto hardware.
• Experience leading an Electrical Engineering team focused on Digital Design.
• Proficiency in HDL (VHDL/Verilog).
• Familiar with MCU/CPU/FPGA devices and interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB).
• Experience in signal/power integrity and test automation.
• Proficient with Altium Designer or similar EDA tool.
• Eligible for active U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking.
• Own full PCB development cycle for host boards (requirements, schematic, layout, bring-up, test).
• Improve HDL/FPGA design workflows (architecture, simulation, testing, libraries).
• Collaborate to roll out compute solutions across Anduril in a scalable way.
• Create and communicate detailed product development schedules.
