Job summary

AMD in Secaucus, NJ seeks a Senior Compliance and Safety Technical Program Manager to lead regulatory readiness for AI server and hyperscale platforms. You will coordinate engineering, compliance, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure safety, certifications, and environmental requirements are met across the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong ownership, execution discipline, and the ability to interface with customers and executives to communicate risks and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EMC and safety programs across hardware lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and planning abilities.
• Ability to interface with customers and executives to communicate trade-offs.
• Excellent program management, documentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of certifications and regulatory requirements for hardware products.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compliance programs across AI and hyperscale server platforms.
• Align cross-functional teams, translating system capabilities into compliance plans.
• Define and track program health, milestones, allocations, test plans, and deliverables.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigations with clear action plans.
• Coordinate with labs and teams for testing, documentation, and readiness.
