Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior Compliance and Safety Technical Program Manager in Secaucus, NJ to lead EMC and safety programs across AI server platforms. You will drive cross-functional planning, regulatory readiness, and certifications from concept through production, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Legal, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compliance programs (EMC and safety) for AI and hyperscale server platforms.
• Align cross-functional teams to translate system capabilities into compliance plans.
• Define and track program health, milestones, allocations, test plans, and deliverables.
• Identify risks early, plan mitigations, and drive issue resolution with teams.
• Interface with customers and external labs for testing and approvals.
• Mentor teams to raise compliance standards and execution excellence.
