Job summary

Fidelity National Financial seeks an experienced Hardware Asset & Inventory Manager to mature ITHAM practices, governance, and data reporting. You will lead ServiceNow HAM efforts, improve CMDB accuracy, and coordinate asset lifecycle processes across IT and business units.

The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years in IT asset management, and ability to collaborate with Compliance, Information Security, and Legal teams. Hybrid work from Jacksonville, FL is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT asset management or hardware inventory.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and related governance frameworks.
• Experience with data reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead HAM governance and reporting programs for hardware inventory across the organization.
• Oversee ServiceNow HAM implementations and integrations with external systems and discovery tools.
• Improve CMDB data integrity and asset lifecycle processes (procurement, refresh, disposal).
• Develop self-service portal components for asset requests and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Risk stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor a small team and act as hands-on working manager.
