Job summary

FNF is seeking an experienced Hardware Asset & Inventory Manager for its Corporate IT Infrastructure Department in Jacksonville, FL. Hybrid work arrangement and focus on maturing IT hardware management, asset lifecycle, and data reporting.

You will lead governance, work with ServiceNow, enhance CMDB data, and mentor a small team while aligning with IT Finance and Licensing to manage the service budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of job-related IT experience.
• Experience in hardware asset management and ServiceNow HAM.
• Proficient in data reporting and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware asset management and data reporting programs using ServiceNow.
• Govern inventory governance, risk, and compliance across departments.
• Develop HAM capabilities: lifecycle, procurement, refresh, disposal.
• Create Service Portal self-service assets requests, tracking, reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
