Dallas Market Center is seeking a driven sales professional to join the Leasing team as Manager, Hard Goods Leasing – Temporary Exhibitors. You will own the full sales cycle, recruiting and retaining exhibitors for temporary booth space across home furnishings, gifts, beauty, and mahjong categories during wholesale markets.

This mid-career role requires strong relationship selling, CRM fluency, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Direct sales experience in hard goods categories for the wholesale market.
• Experience selling or leasing exhibit/booth space at wholesale trade markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for temporary booth space across hard goods categories.
• Recruit new exhibitors and retain current ones; hit revenue targets.
• Manage TEMP leasing inquiries and organize prospecting initiatives to meet budgets.
