Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Handyperson to perform maintenance and repair tasks across facilities. The role requires technical skills, problem-solving ability, and independent work. Strong customer service is essential, with opportunities to engage with leadership and staff across sites.

Responsibilities include repairing locks, basic plumbing, furniture assembly, and safety-focused maintenance. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related customer service and/or facility services experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all situations.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to visit different client sites and perform general maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and installing locks.
• Some plumbing duties.
• Assembly of furniture and hanging of pictures.
• Maintain safety and security awareness across tasks.
• Attend to staff promptly when called upon.
• Perform other routine maintenance duties as assigned.
• Weekly meetings with facility manager to review projects.
