Qualifications

• 7+ years in building engineering or facilities operations.
• Strong troubleshooting in HVAC, pumps, BAS/controls, electrical, plumbing.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and manuals.
• Experience with CMMS, vendor management, RFPs and contracts.
• EPA 608 certification preferred; licensed work as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day technical operations of HVAC and life safety systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Coordinate specialty contractors and review proposals.
• Review vendor contracts and ensure compliance.
• Manage outages and after-hours PMs to minimize disruption.
• Lead onsite technical leadership and safety compliance.
