ABM Industries is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead mechanical facilities operations, oversee HVAC and critical infrastructure, and drive reliability in a high‑reliability environment.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure safety compliance, and optimize maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation to strengthen uptime and facility performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in facilities operations, plant engineering, or maintenance leadership.
• Experience leading engineers, technicians, and subcontractors in high‑reliability settings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chillers, boilers, and related utilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily mechanical facilities operations, maintenance execution, and system performance.
• Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for safe field execution.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and improve PM programs.
• Drive reliability improvements and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
