Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to lead specialized rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will assess, plan, and implement recovery programs while supervising staff and contributing to orthotic fabrication.

You will work closely with hand surgeons and therapists, documenting care and supporting patients through post-surgical rehab and return-to-work goals. A strong background in upper-extremity rehab is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Direct and supervise OTAs, students and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear, care, and precautions.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve, and postoperative conditions.
• Provide scar management, edema control, wound care, and return-to-work rehab.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and case discussions.
