Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical expertise across the manufacturing process at our Neenah, Wisconsin facility.

You will optimize production, lead rework processes for high-reliability PCBA assemblies, and guide teams on best practices to ensure manufacturability of new products. You will serve as a technical mentor, support continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive quality, efficiency, and cost reduction while adhering to IPC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience preferred.
• Expert in Hand Solder & Rework of PCBA.
• Knowledge of IPC-7711/7721, IPC J-STD-001 Space/Military, IPC-A-610.
• Ability to define standards, select tooling, and architect rework processes.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a technical specialist and mentor within Manufacturing.
• Provide technical guidance and training, controlling scope, schedule, budget.
• Lead continuous improvement activities for engineering discipline and tools.
• Provide customer service leadership in project discussions and proposals.
