Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience preferred.
• SME in Hand Solder & Rework of PCBA assemblies per IPC standards.
• Deep knowledge of IPC-7711/7721, IPC J-STD-001 with Space/Military Addendum.
• Ability to define standards, select tooling and architect rework processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance across manufacturing processes and projects.
• Lead continuous improvement within engineering discipline and project tools.
• Support new product introduction and ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Contribute to customer discussions and proposals with technical leadership.
