Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of hand soldering and rework of PCBA.
• Experience with IPC-7711/7721, IPC J-STD-001 (Space/Military addendum) and IPC-A-610.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance throughout manufacturing processes.
• Lead small to mid-size projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
• Support customers in technical discussions and new proposals.
