Job summary

Integra Beauty is seeking a hands-on Product Developer to support end-to-end development of high-performance liquid haircare formulas across L’ange and OFIR brands. This role bridges cosmetic chemistry and commercial product development in a fast-paced DTC environment.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with contract manufacturers, manage formulation pipelines, and ensure regulatory compliance for US and international markets, driving launches from concept to stability testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cosmetic product development experience for liquid haircare.
• Experience working with CMOs and external vendors.
• Knowledge of INCI nomenclature, formulation stability, and pilot batching.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development for liquid haircare SKUs from concept to production.
• Translate market trends into technical briefs and performance targets.
• Review lab samples and provide actionable feedback to chemists/CMOs.
• Coordinate validation protocols across packaging types ( Pumps, Sprays, Bottles, Tubes ).
• Maintain technical documentation: SDS, COAs, Master BOMs, and product specs.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, Operations to ensure compliant launches.
