ERM is hiring a Consulting H&S Program Manager for a multinational technology facility in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. The ideal candidate will bring extensive managerial, technical, and industrial facility experience to proactively address H&S risks and challenges.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in safety, occupational health, engineering, or related science.
• 15+ years of experience with industrial clients on regulatory compliance and H&S programs.
• Deep Cal/OSHA regulatory knowledge and program management experience.
• Experience creating written global standards and SOPs for multiple locations and contingent workers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; established local reputation.

Responsibilities

• Lead H&S program portfolio across the facility and oversee contingent staff.
• Design and implement H&S strategies aligned with programs and facilities.
• Organize complex facility H&S programs with regulatory issues.
• Evaluate programs to identify standardization and streamlining opportunities.
• Ensure Cal/OSHA and safety requirements, including electrical safety, LOTO, confined space, and SMS.
