ERM is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support Global EHS operations across sites in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role emphasizes implementing OSHA/EPA requirements, client-specific EHS programs, SOPs, JHA/RACs, emergency response, and contractor safety management in high-tech lab environments.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), limited-term for 12 months with potential extension.

Competenze

7+ years of EHS experience
Experience in high-tech R&D envs and cleanroom operation
Strong audit and compliance skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Mansioni

Perform compliance audits to assess client compliance with applicable HSE regulatory requirements.
Identify follow-up corrective actions to close audit findings.
Provide technical assistance on EHS compliance and management system projects including biosafety and chemical safety.
Manage emergency response equipment and monitoring meters.
Develop and implement EHS procedures, plans, permits, and reports.
Support safety training, field coaching, and targeted EHS assessments.
Manage scope-related tasks within budget and schedule, ensuring quality of deliverables.
Build client relationships and drive repeat business.
