Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consulting H&S Program Manager for a multinational technology facility in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role leads the facility H&S program portfolio, oversees contingent staff, and partners with facilities management to drive safe operations.

The ideal candidate has deep Cal/OSHA knowledge, strong program management experience, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. This is a part-time, 6-month, extendable assignment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in safety, occupational health, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience with industrial clients on regulatory compliance and H&S programs.
• Deep understanding of Cal/OSHA regulations and program management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility H&S program portfolio and oversee contingent staff.
• Interface with facilities management and cross-functional leaders.
• Implement Cal/OSHA and safety-related requirements with emphasis on electrical safety and contractor safety.
• Ensure scope, budget, schedule, and quality of project deliverables.
