ERM is seeking a Consulting H&S Manager for a multinational technology facility in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. You will lead H&S programs across R&D product testing laboratories and interface with contingent workers, engineers, and facilities management to proactively address risks.

The role requires strong Cal/OSHA knowledge with emphasis on electrical safety, LOTO and confined space safety, plus 7+ years in hi-tech H&S.

Formación

• BS/MS in safety, occupational health, electrical engineering, or related science.
• 7+ years of relevant H&S experience with industrial clients in hi-tech sectors.
• Deep Cal/OSHA knowledge, esp. electrical, LOTO, confined space.
• Experience implementing Global Standards and SOPs across locations.
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal regulations for tech manufacturing.
• Proven ability to implement and streamline programs with focus on performance improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Recognized technical expertise and local reputation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enforce H&S programs across client labs to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Organize facility H&S programs addressing complex technical and regulatory issues.
• Design and implement H&S strategies and standardize programs across locations.
• Evaluate existing programs to identify opportunities for standardization and streamlining.
• Enforce Cal/OSHA, with emphasis on electrical safety, LOTO, and SMS programs.
• Support contingent H&S teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
• Oversee multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality.
