Job summary

Amgen seeks an Sr Manager, GxP Training Instructional Designer to lead the design of compliant training materials that improve knowledge transfer and performance. You will partner with governance and subject-matter experts to build curricula and ensure content aligns with policies, procedures, and standards.

You will develop instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs, applying adult-learning principles, accessibility practices, and robust assessment methods while guiding teams and driving

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with substantial training leadership experience.
• Experience designing and delivering regulated, quality-controlled training.
• Proven ability to manage people, projects or programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning theory and curriculum design.
• Familiarity with learning tools and platforms (Articulate, Captivate, AI tech).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended training.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define objectives and translate content to training.
• Create curricula, facilitator guides, modules, job aids, and assessments.
• Apply accessibility and evaluation standards to learning solutions.
• Ensure materials meet regulatory, quality, and audit requirements.
