Qualifications

• Requires advanced instructional design and human performance technology knowledge.
• Experience designing training in regulated environments (FDA/OSHA) preferred.
• Ability to analyze performance gaps and develop compliant learning solutions.
• Experience leading onboarding and global curricula projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to apply learning theories and performance analysis to solve business needs.
• Design and develop training materials using ADDIE and multiple delivery formats.
• Manage curricula and LMS integrations with defined processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
• Lead onboarding programs for new hires and manage global programs.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
