Bank of America is seeking a high-impact GWIM Controller leader to ensure the accuracy of the books for the private bank and Merrill business lines. You will manage month-end close, review accounting calculations, and partner with Product BFOs, GWIM Finance, and operations to deliver reliable financial reporting.

This role offers exposure across accounting, reporting, controls, and regulatory topics, with opportunities to shape team operations and grow into expanded responsibilities over time.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS Degree preferably in Finance/Accounting.
• Deep and broad business acumen, with the ability to understand large, complex transactions and simplify them to their key components.
• Interest and/or ability to understand technology products and services.
• Proven analytical, change/project management, consulting, and problem resolution skills; detail oriented.
• Moves quickly from concept to action; able to establish priorities and achieve results.
• Able to bring structure and sound judgment to complex or evolving issues.
• Data analysis skills and ability to create executive quality materials within tight timeframes with limited direction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the credibility to influence business partners, peers, and management.
