• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, plus 5+ years in accounting/finance.
• Strong analytical and communications skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

• Oversees financial analysis and reporting for LOBs and finance leadership.
• Manages forecasting, budgeting, and performance vs. plan across metrics.
• Leads ad‑hoc analyses and prepares presentations for executives.
• Builds and automates reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintains strong partner relationships across Finance and business lines.
