Bank of America is seeking a senior finance partner to support GWIM Deposits Finance Horizontal, focusing on strategic analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting for deposit balances and NII.

You will lead a team delivering weekly finance updates, executive summaries, and ad hoc analyses while partnering with GWIM, Merrill, and Private Bank Finance executives to drive performance and disciplined financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis work experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the financial analysis and reporting needed to provide LOB and finance leadership with trends and comparisons across financials.
• Manages forecasting and budgeting, compares performance to plan and forecasts.
• Delegates and oversees teams building financial management reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Implements new processes to automate reporting and improve strategic priorities.
• Builds and manages partner relationships within Finance and ensures financial controls.
