Job summary

A leading gummy manufacturer is seeking a Senior Gummy Formulator to lead product development from concept to scale-up. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in gummy formulation, with strong knowledge of FDA and GMP standards. Responsibilities include developing gummy formulations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring junior staff. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in gummy, confectionery, or nutraceutical formulation and scale-up.
• Strong knowledge of hydrocolloids, sweetener systems, and active ingredient stability.
• Familiarity with FDA and GMP regulations for dietary supplements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize gummy formulations containing functional actives.
• Transition bench-scale prototypes into pilot and full-scale production.
• Ensure all formulations comply with FDA and GMP standards.
