Qualifications

• Hands-on gummy formulation experience.
• Experience scaling gummy formulations from lab to manufacturing.
• Knowledge of dietary supplement and cosmetic regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for gummies, liquids, and cosmeceuticals.
• Lead prototype development through pilot scale-up and production handoff.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process challenges with minimal guidance.
• Maintain organized formulation documentation and support scale-up.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Sales to move projects forward.
• Identify material alternatives and substitutions as needed.
• Serve as technical resource to R&D team.
