EY is seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive large-scale Guidewire and digital transformation programs in the US. You will shape target architectures, manage multi‑workstream delivery, and mentor diverse teams while engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in P&C insurance or consulting, or Master's with 8+ years.
Minimum 5 years in leadership managing large, multi‑workstream programs.
Experience with Guidewire or digital transformation projects and related tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across engagements.
Define target architectures integrating Guidewire apps and digital platforms.
Set non-functional requirements, performance strategies, and data migration plans.
Drive EY Guidewire services market activation, pricing, and proposals.
Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for Marketplace.
Build delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, and production support.
Mentor teams and ensure compliance with risk and security standards.
Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders as trusted advisor.
