Job summary

Clevanoo LLC seeks a Principal Guidewire PolicyCenter Engineer/Architect to lead the technical delivery of PolicyCenter on the Guidewire Cloud Platform. With BillingCenter and ClaimCenter already live, you will guide the migration, shape integration, and champion code quality across the enterprise insurance stack.

You will mentor engineers, define the architecture for policy definition, rating, configuration, and data conversions, and collaborate with actuarial and underwriting stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Guidewire development, 5+ years on PolicyCenter.
• Experience delivering Guidewire Cloud Platform deployments.
• Strong knowledge of PolicyCenter model, rating, and configuration.
• Experience integrating PolicyCenter with BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
• Proficient in Gosu and Java; PCF configuration.
• Experience with REST/JSON integrations and enterprise messaging.
• SQL proficiency and data migration for policy systems.
• Customer-centric design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead PolicyCenter migration development team.
• Set technical direction with SI partners; ensure quality.
• Train and share knowledge across team.
• Oversee architecture design including product model, rating, config, integration.
• Guide legacy data conversion and cutover strategy.
• Design and build integrations with BillingCenter and ClaimCenter via Cloud APIs.
• Own rating algorithms and rate tables with actuarial input.
• Advocate Gosu standards and upgrade-safe extensions.
• Mentor engineers in the software community of practice.
