Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Principal Software Engineer to lead Guidewire PolicyCenter migration on the Guidewire Cloud Platform from Wauwatosa, WI. You will guide architecture, configuration, rating, and integrations with BillingCenter and ClaimCenter while championing code quality in a cross-functional team.

The role requires extensive Guidewire experience, strong Gosu/Java skills, and a track record of agile, upgrade-safe development.

Qualifications

7+ years Guidewire development experience with 5+ years on PolicyCenter.
Hands-on Guidewire Cloud Platform delivery and CI/CD experience.
Deep knowledge of PolicyCenter configuration, rating, and integration.
Proficient in Gosu and Java; strong RESTful API design skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the PolicyCenter migration and technical delivery in the Guidewire Cloud.
Design architecture for policy model, rating, and integration with BillingCenter/ClaimCenter.
Mentor engineers and drive upgrade-safe extensions and best Gosu standards.
Oversee data conversion, cutover strategy, and API integrations with enterprise systems.
