Job summary

EY is seeking a qualified Transformation Consultant to guide insurance technology programs from strategy to delivery. You’ll collaborate with clients to translate business needs into architecture, data models, and implementation plans across Guidewire and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, or Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection/implementation, requirements definition, architecture design, application configuration/integration, data mapping, conversion, migration.
• Ability to deliver end‑to‑end system implementations per a proven methodology; experience with software engineering best practices and code optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into technology solutions by analyzing requirements and aligning with architecture.
• Lead design discussions, data models, interfaces, and integration plans with client teams and third‑party partners.
• Support vendor selection, project planning, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engagement teams to deliver innovative, compliant solutions.
• Communicate clearly in client presentations and written deliverables.
