Job summary

EY seeks qualified professionals to guide technology-enabled transformation programs for insurers. You will engage with clients to translate business needs into architecture, data, and system design while coordinating vendor choices and implementation plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and delivering high-impact technology solutions. A hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for travel to client sites are provided as part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience can substitute.
• Experience with insurance technology system implementations and data mapping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions across architecture, data, and integration.
• Lead analysis of business requirements and align with technology architecture and infrastructure design.
• Participate in vendor selection, implementation planning, and project lifecycle activities.
