Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
5+ years of Guidewire development experience.
Strong Gosu programming and Guidewire data model expertise.
Experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter customizations.

Responsibilities

Deliver configuration, integration, and customization across Guidewire.
Work with analysts and SMEs to ship insurance-platform features.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in design and code reviews.
Ensure production readiness through testing and troubleshooting.
