Job summary
FormativGroup is seeking a Senior Guidewire Developer to design, configure, and deliver PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter solutions in a cloud-enabled hybrid setting. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor juniors, and ensure scalable, high-quality implementations across personal and commercial lines.

Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on Guidewire experience across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Cloud-based Guidewire implementations experience.
- Strong Gosu and Java development skills.
- Experience with integrations and data models in Guidewire.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter across commercial and personal lines.
- Develop integrations and platform extensions using Guidewire Cloud best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure coding standards.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
