EY is seeking a seasoned Guidewire leader in the US to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-release programs for insurers. You will shape target architectures, integrate core Guidewire applications with portals, CRM, data, and finance systems, and oversee non-functional requirements and data migration.

This role demands strategic thinking, enterprise experience, and a passion for building scalable delivery practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant work experience at a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm; or a master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 8+ years of equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs, including budget, delivery, and people accountability.
Previous application experience in Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, BI/CI tools, and data integration technologies.
Proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite Platform, Enterprise Engage, Jutro Digital Platform, system design, data mapping, migration, and leading end-to-end implementations.
Ability to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements from inception through hypercare, including environment strategy and cutover execution.
Define and own target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, CRM, data, and financial systems using APIs and micro-frontends.
Establish non-functional requirements, performance engineering, accessibility standards, and oversee data conversion, migration, and analytics design.
Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services, including pipeline development, pricing, proposals, and go-to-market assets.
Develop and operationalize reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for publication in the Guidewire Marketplace.
Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, risk management, and production support models.
Provide strategic input into EY's Guidewire practice strategy and thought leadership in the marketplace.
Mentor teams, foster inclusion, and ensure compliance with EY risk management and security standards.
