Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Guidewire delivery leader to drive end-to-end multi-release programs across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and Digital portals. You will architect target systems, integrate core applications, and ensure scalable, compliant delivery across global teams.

The role requires deep Guidewire expertise, strong architectural skills, and ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams while advancing EY's market position in insurance technology-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in a technical field with extensive Guidewire program leadership.
Experience leading multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
Hands-on expertise across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Jutro.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
Define target architectures and integrate core applications with APIs and platforms.
Set non-functional requirements, performance strategies, and data migration design.
Drive market activation, pipeline development, and client relationship management.
Develop reusable Guidewire assets and manage delivery teams, budgets, and governance.
Contribute to EY's Guidewire practice strategy and thought leadership.
