Job summary

EY is pursuing insurers' digital transformation with Guidewire and related platforms. This role leads end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release programs across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and Digital portals.

You will shape target architectures, accelerate assets for Guidewire Marketplace, and guide client relationships while building scalable delivery teams under EY's hybrid model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with extensive experience.
• 5+ years leading large multi-workstream Guidewire/digital programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements.
• Define target architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, CRM and data systems.
• Oversee non-functional requirements, performance and data migration across channels.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services and engage senior clients.
• Develop reusable Guidewire assets and manage delivery teams, budgets, and governance.
• Mentor teams and ensure EY risk, independence, and security standards.
