Job summary

EY is seeking an accomplished Guidewire leader to drive large, multi‑release programs across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Jutro Digital Platform. You will define target‑state architectures and oversee data conversion, integration, and analytics while mentoring teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will shape EY's Guidewire offerings, manage budgets, and lead cross‑functional delivery with a focus on risk management, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field; 10+ years in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, and related tools.
• Proficiency in architecture design, data mapping, integration, and end-to-end implementation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large Guidewire programs across client engagements from inception through hypercare.
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, portals, CRM, and data systems.
• Establish non-functional requirements, performance strategies, and data migration design.
• Drive EY's Guidewire services market activation, pursuit support, pricing, and GTM assets.
• Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators for Guidewire Marketplace.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, risk, and training.
