Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to drive multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements, leading architecture, integration, and delivery of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Jutro Digital Platform. You will orchestrate environments, releases, and trade-offs to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, data strategy, and building reusable assets while mentoring teams and partnering with senior clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years (master's with 8+ years) of experience in insurance tech or consulting.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-workstream Guidewire or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices and related tech stack.
• Ability to travel 50–75% and lead global delivery teams using Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across client engagements from inception through hypercare.
• Define target-state architectures integrating Guidewire apps, digital portals, CRM, data, and finance systems.
• Establish non-functional requirements, performance strategies, and oversee data conversion, migration, reporting, and analytics.
• Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services, including pipeline development, pricing, and go-to-market assets.
• Develop reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators and publish them to the Guidewire Marketplace.
• Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, and production support models.
• Mentor teams, foster inclusive culture, and ensure EY risk management and security standards.
