Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of security or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Must complete Security Officer II Documentation Assessment and all advanced training modules.
• Excellent customer and employee relations skills.
• Strong verbal communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation abilities.
• Ability to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Present a well-groomed, professional appearance; 21+ years old; valid OK driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary responder for all escalated Guest Safety Officer concerns, including disturbances and high‑risk situations.
• Performs advanced de‑escalation, conflict resolution, and safe detainment in line with policy and regulations.
• conducts highly visible patrols to identify safety hazards, security breaches, and suspicious activity.
• Provides assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court.
• Assists guests with lost and found requests and elevated guest service during complex interactions.
• Enforces all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Completes detailed written reports and detainment/witness statements.
• Supports Table Games and Cashier operations by handling chips and paperwork while observing transactions.
• Provides leadership support to Guest Safety Officers, including on‑scene direction during incidents.
• Works a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and required overtime.
